Sue Wilson

Sue Wilson worked in visual communication in Hawke’s Bay and London before moving to Wairoa in 1993. She farms in the Clydebank district with her husband Fenton and their three children Alice, Jonty and Penny.  

Sue created two niche businesses from their farm. SMW Design works with clients to improve the quality of design for start-up or existing businesses. With more than 30 years of experience in the creative industry, our aim is to help tell your story and see your business thrive. The Wooden Spoon produces gourmet products and provides catering and event expertise in all things food-related. 

 

Helping community groups achieve their goals provides a huge amount of satisfaction for Sue and her family, who are always keen to roll their sleeves up and lend a hand with voluntary projects. Currently Sue is helps the Wairoa A&P Society, Wairoa Pony Club, Salute Wairoa W100 project and Havelock Ski Club.
